All i’m gonna say is good luck. They’ll help you open your wallet and take your money, but if you actually have a question or need help call tech support it’s “not there job” to help. Just to pay bills and sell us phones.
I tried leaving usc, but no other company has great prices for what I need. Prepaid service of $45 a month for more than enough of everything is great! I just wish they had service in more areas up here...jefferson, groveton, etc. You can do it! I know you can!
Bad news right outta the gate. Crumby overpriced phones. Total hassle getting rebates. No attempt to be competitive whatsoever. After 4 yrs I'm finished here.
