RecommendedI do recommend U.S. Cellular and have never had an issue... besides one time I called and the employee was rude to me on the phone and seemed quite irritated with my questions. I could here them sighing as they were looking up my information and kept saying "so what was your question?". They kind of made me feel stupid when trying to answer my questions. I don't like feeling like I'm a burden or bothering when I call a place with questions so that was very rude to me.
