This is not an official US Cellular store. They will try to scam you out of money and services. We were told we could try their internet for 15 days. We tried it was not a good connection. I work from home at times and my internet kept getting dropped. My husband tried to return everything before the 15 days. Now they are trying to charge us $500.00 because we didn't have the box it came in. We have everything else. My husband offered to buy a new box and pay the restocking fee, but they won't do it. Total scam!
Horrible customer service! Went to return modem due to little to no service, in an area they promised would work ( there is great coverage there). Was told I had 15 days to return if it did not work. Went in prior to 15 days, they would not let me return due to not having original box. I offered to pay for a new box or restocking fee, just gave the same response. We can't. Do not shop at this location this is not a uscellular branch. I was lied too about the details of my contract and now I'm stuck in the contract and I cant get out because it's 15 days past the return date to be eligible to back out of the contract and if you do business with this company record it in audio and video
