A+ customer service. Jon went above and beyond for helping me with my broken phone. There was another lady there as well who was also trying to help. I had a cracked screen and couldn't get in. Well by some miracle Jon got in ( he wouldnt give up) and I was able to retrieve all my stuff to a new phone. Thankyou again for taking the time to help me and go through the phone with me.
