Worked with Mara (?) today. She was a young lady at the counter. She solved all my phone issues after unknowing T-mobile. Hopefully T-mobile will keep her on board as she is very professional, smart and kind!
I only used US Cellular for home Internet. The service was average. It began to slow down, we could no longer stream or turn in files over email. Basic games on our phones wouldn't load. This went on for 2 months before I decided to cancel. 3 staff were working, no other customers in the place but they were reluctant to help because it should be done over the phone.
