I came in for a new iPhone since my X was no longer holding a charge. Lisa welcomed me right away and got the process started quickly. She was solution-oriented when an issue came up and extremely patient as my phones took over an hour to transfer files. She was pleasant the entire two hour duration of my visit. Will definitely be using this location again.
Lisa was gem to work with. We had 5 phones to transfer services on, which meant a lot of paperwork. She helped get info before we came in which drastically reduced the time. Highly recommend.
