Okay so there was a little bit of a wait! BUT Kristen made it all worth while. She helped me with my upgrade and made me feel comfortable even when I was on edge about which phone to choose! Even after I left she called me and helped lower my bill even though I didn’t ask! Her attention to detail and looking up everything I asked to make sure she was giving me the most up to date info made me feel like I made the right choice for me and my family!
