I had a woman named Pansy from Keokuk, Iowa store. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable! She was so patient while explaining my new phone! I am almost 80 and it is hard for me. She needs a raise! I had to come back in two days, I could not get my email. She smiled and had all working in no time. She is very special!!!
I do not recommend anyone to US Cellular. It was not a pleasant experience and I regret signing with them. I was misled into signing a contract and I was lied to regarding the incentives.
