Absolutely terrible customer service! I originally went in to upgrade to a new phone. I was “helped” by Ray and Zack. They were extremely rude and snarky with me. They did a terrible job at answering any of my questions, and I told them I wasn’t comfortable purchasing the phone until my questions were answered and I had more information.
