Always so helpful and able to fix any problem with my phone. Very nice and polite. They do a excellent job at this location.
They were straight out rude to me when I went in there that one day talked about my bill so I left them and I went to another phone company.

Lucky to get two bars of signal anywhere in Roanoke, Floyd, Franklin County and Montgomery County. Also it's good for dropping calls because of no signal. On top of that they just take random amounts of money out of my account. Nope of it on the date the bill is due. On that I was told a set amount not counting taxes and fees. I asked what was the amount in total they gave me a rough amount. The amount on the bill was a lot higher that what I was told. I wish i could go somewhere else but in stuck in a 3 year contract.
