Lucky to get two bars of signal anywhere in Roanoke, Floyd, Franklin County and Montgomery County. Also it's good for dropping calls because of no signal. On top of that they just take random amounts of money out of my account. Nope of it on the date the bill is due. On that I was told a set amount not counting taxes and fees. The last time I went to my US Cellular store(9/14/25)..I was told on the phone that letting one of the salesman know I was having signal drops that they would look into the phone to see if the signal could be enhanced but instead I was met with a jerk who said "if you had purchased a better phone you wouldn't have these problems" this is NOT how you treat your customers if he didn't know how to get into my phone to enhance my signal then he should've gotten someone who knew how,but he DIDN'T i will definitely report him to h... read more

I have had us cellular for almost 15 years and not 1 time has us cellular let me down. U S cellular goes places where I don't get service anywhere else. Thank you for being where no one else can go. Thank you

DONT GET LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT WITH US CELLULAR. They will lie to you about the price of your bill. My bill is well over 100 dollars each month and i have been back to the store to complain a few times and they always say they "fixed" it and that it will be cheaper but it never is.
