The staff is totally disinterested in helping. This is the second time I've walked in in 6 months, straight up said I need a new phone and walked out with nothing. I had to request one of three unoccupied staff members to answer questions on the phones I was looking at. One staff member reluctantly came over, only told me the higher the number the better the phone and offered no real help. I'm actually angry how poor their service has been- twice. Kira was amazingly helpful. I was trying to get a phone & line set up for my stepson at the Ankeny store when their computers crashed. They sent us to a closed store. I had 35 minutes to get to Altoona. I called the Jordan Creek store (from the interstate) to see if they had the phone. Kira answered and let me know that they did not & looked up the address for the Altoona store since I could make it there before closing.
