Worst customer service I have ever experienced with US Cellular. Just a few kids pretending to be techs. If you need help with something as simple as activating a new phone and transferring information from the old one to the new one, just save yourself the time and go anywhere but there. I was told its not their job to do that and they're going "well above and beyond".
