I'm not that tech savvy, and Stacy answered all my stupid questions politely. She stayed past closing time and made sure the transfer of data from one device to the other was completed correctly. This is probably the most painless transition to a new phone that I've ever had.

I have had home Internet with two phone for years. Just recently have had nothing for Internet. Not able to use data I pay for. I've spoken with multiple people about this just to be told they can't do anything about it. Don't waste your time and money.
