Jessica was really nice i had an issue with my line ( sim card) and she was able to resolve it quickly and was also very patient with me ! great customer service Jess .
Jessica was very professional and was up front and honest with me. She was able to get me a phone number for my service and do auto pay and within a few minutes she took care of all my issues. A different provider was not kind to me about switching service but Jessica got the job done. I’m 71 and she said to stop in if I needed help or had any questions or concerns. I felt she was genuine throughout.
Got my phone fixed in about 20 minutes. Good service.
