Oscar was amazing... I went to 2 dif us cellulars and called and wasn't able to get my phone hooked up... I walked in and Oscar came up and offered his help... He got my phone hooked up with no problems.... He was great
If I could give no stars I would. We ported out to a different provider we never received a final bill in the mail our us cell account was deactivated because we canceled their Service. Had to go in there myself to pay the bill so I wouldn't get a late charge on a final bill I never received. The guy didn't really want to help me told me he couldn't pull up my account then a lady came over and show him how. He called it in and THEN they had to charge me a $7 processing fee to pay my bill while the associate continued to text... read more
My phone was only partially displaying and he didn't think any if my data, phone numbers or pictures were going to transfer. He took the extra time tried several options.Took the time and energy to effectively transfer with little screen left..He was funny snd patient and an absolute joy to work with...The BEST US cellular agent I have ever worked with
