Good Morning~ I was having trouble accessing my on-line ULS Cellular account and your technician, Brisa, at your Yakima Fred Meyer Shopping Center branch on North 40th Ave. was most helpful. She patiently lead me through the steps and I was able to see my billing statement on line. Brisa was very kind, listened intently, and easily solved my problem. Their internet sucks, as you can see in the picture says no internet but at the bottom right corner says internet access, the router is always shutting down, they say that there working on the tower all the time, go with AT&T you'll get better service its just they don't have service at my location at this time otherwise I'd go with them

The manager at the store was unfriendly and cold to a poor old woman who was trying to get help with her account. I understand he probably couldn’t have done much, but his behavior and the way he spoke to this sweet old woman had both me and my partner very upset when we left. Poor customer service on his part.
