Their internet sucks, as you can see in the picture says no internet but at the bottom right corner says internet access, the router is always shutting down, they say that there working on the tower all the time, go with AT&T you'll get better service its just they don't have service at my location at this time otherwise I'd go with them

The manager at the store was unfriendly and cold to a poor old woman who was trying to get help with her account. I understand he probably couldn’t have done much, but his behavior and the way he spoke to this sweet old woman had both me and my partner very upset when we left. Poor customer service on his part.

I couldn't find the microphone on my keyboard after an update and they were able to help me and were super friendly and polite. I have shopped here many times great staff, they are patient and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a good cell phone great coverage at an affordable price along with a staff that can help you make the right decision I recommend this place.
