I am so happy with the service I received today. I walked into the store and immediately the gentleman took my phone, found an issue, then the lady with red hair had corrected my problem and I was gone in 60 seconds. I have been a U.S. Cellular customer since I got my first cell phone. Don’t foresee ever going to any other.

I want to give Matt at the Sweetwater store a resounding shout out! Matt took my phone which was full of Malware and Spyware, and cleaned it up without a hitch! He performed this purging of my phone while training a new employee and also waiting on customers. I would recommend this location to anyone who would be looking to purchase a cellphone.
