Angel and Matt were both amazing, very professional, friendly and transparent. They both helped me in fixing and understanding my situation with my bill. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend the Sweetwater store.
Went in today for an upgrade, employee by the name of Angel went above and beyond! Very nice and very professional! Excellent work ethic and was very transparent. I've been with us cellular for about 15yrs and have never been treated this nicely. So if your needing assistance, feel free to walk in and ask for her, you will definitely be happy with the customer service.
