The only reason I won't give a 0 star is because it's unavailable. They are running an identity theft scam from this store. My account was supposed to be closed but they wrote that I said to keep it open for my brother. My brother has Verizon wireless and lives 3 hours away. I was charged $94 for phones I didn't purchase. My address had been hanged without my consent so when I requested a refund, the visa prepaid card was sent to the changed address. Convenient huh? Never go there. Never do business with them. Slow helping people now
I would like to start off by clarifying that everyone at the store was super nice to me. They treated me very kindly and I have no complaints about that whatsoever. Where I do have a complaint, however, is that every single thing they told me was a flat out lie. I was told my bill would be $110/mo or less. I got the bill and it was $175. I'm still paying $145.
