Not the usual type of store that I would say this but AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We were served by Alaina who was an absolute lovely angel and was patient through all our questions. She set us up with a free phone and a prepaid plan with awesome features like unlimited data and hotspots. Feeling very luck we stopped in. Check it out!
My wife and I have been with US Cellular for many years. We have always been very satisfied with the service in Nags Head. We went in the store on Thursday December 1st to get better coverage since we were only getting 1-2 bars in Manteo. We had been in the store on Tuesday and the young lady working in the store changed our SIM cards to help us get better service. This did not make a difference. I have been going to US cellular in Nags Head since they opened . I have seen all and dealt with all managers and reps since that time, and there have been many. Ryan Beck is by far the very best you have ever had. Knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of frustrations we go through when trying to use a new phone.
