Jack provided excellent customer service when I needed to have some information changed on my US Cellular account. I was in and out the store very quick!
It seemed almost impossible to fix certain blocking functions, but Jack managed to help us with such confidence that we left very happy. My phone had gone crazy. I couldn't get it to do anything. I live an hour away from the closest US Cellular store. I arrived at the Nags Head NC store about 4:15. Ryan, the agent there went above and beyond to fix my phone. He worked for one hour and fifteen minutes, which put him 30 minutes past closing time on a Friday evening.
