If you are tired of having to configure your own phone with cheap providers remotely, I highly recommend Ryan at US Cellular. Did I pay a little more for monthly service then other providers charge? Yes, a little but well worth it as I walked in with my old phone, got a new one for free and within 2 hours everything was transferred and working. Peace of mind.
