Alec and Bowen did an excellent job! Alec fixed my daughters phone that has been messed up for 2 years! After trying 8 reps and several US Cellular stores, Alec fixed it in 10 minutes. I'm thankful he took the time to research and fix it! Alec and Bowen then helped with getting our family the best phone deals and activated all devices. We are thankful for this store and excellent customer service!
