Your people are terrible. Rude, slow, and don't answer the phone. Get it together. It's embarrassing.
Went in to change my carrier to USc. Had a number of issues including my phone being locked by my other carrier. Garth worked diligently through the problems and we left happy new USc customers.
Made appointment to ask questions. Worse customer service ever. The agent never looked at us, answered our questions very arrogantly. He never looked up from his phone during our interaction.
We had an issue with our bill, in that even though our lines were turned OFF internationally, the physical SIM card was still connecting to towers & we were charged over $700 in daily fees. Nikki who was based at sun prairie understood our concern & also couldn’t understand why this was happening. She was incredibly helpful at trying to resolve this issue. She was fantastic. Tray is an absolute asset to this place, and I can't say enough good things about him. I had to deal with a very difficult situation, and I walked in the store, already in tears. He was so kind and helped me through everything that needed to get done. Even when he had to repeat things to me, he never lost his compassion and professionalism.
