Called in, the male representative was extremely rude. Reported to the corporate office. Informed exactly what he said. They were very apologetic and actually gave me a great deal. I'd give him a -10 if I could and the corporate gentleman a +100. That store lost a customer...which is ok, IMO he didn't want customers anyway.

Your people are terrible. Rude, slow, and don't answer the phone. Get it together. It's embarrassing.
Went in to change my carrier to USc. Had a number of issues including my phone being locked by my other carrier. Garth worked diligently through the problems and we left happy new USc customers.
Made appointment to ask questions. Worse customer service ever. The agent never looked at us, answered our questions very arrogantly. He never looked up from his phone during our interaction.
