Great customer service!! Chris Tracey was excellent!! Very informative and helpful, my boyfriend changed to this cell phone company and I transferred onto h is account with no problems at all, there is another Chris that works there and he is excellent as well!!

Ricky at the Sabattus St. store was AMAZING!! He met with me and my husband and gave us the info on everything we were looking for. No pressure to buy when we said we were looking, and offered up his number for any future questions. He was friendly, patient, and so knowledgeable. I work in retail and his level of customer service and commitment is hard to find these days. We appreciated him so we went back to purchase our new phones with him.
