The sales associate kristi had great customer service and so did the people from customer service over the phone. One star for lack of knowledge of phones and services. Was told twice that there wouldn’t be a charge to exchange a phone the day after we purchased, and of course as we were returning the device we were told the opposite. Thanks to Kristi’s great customer service we didn’t have to pay the “restocking fee”. Tried to upgrade my phones insurance and was told I couldn’t. Just got a letter from US Cellular, it said they listen to their customers, I don't think so! They are doing away with their rewards program. That means, to upgrade a phone, you have to buy it, full price! They are NOT listening to their customers, they are listening to their stock holders! When my contract is up so am I! I've been a loyal customer for about 15 years, must be time to move on!
