Every time I go in to pay a bill there is only two people working. They need someone to strictly take care of bill payments! It would make things so much easier. I refuse to leave mine on counter, I've had it credited much later by doing that.

Horrible!!!!! I recently bought a us cellular phone online. I brought this phone to the store here in Elkins to be unlocked. Sure, no big deal... while the phone was being flashed the system started taking longer than usual, with a sign in bold letters and flashing at the top of the screen stating "DO NOT UNPLUG DEVICE" the USC associate unplugged my phone... Which in turn caused it to freeze. After not being able to UNFREEZE my phone nor tech support help I was told .. Sorry there's nothing I can do. Tell me how in the worl... read more
