u.s. cellular West Plains Missouri does not stand behind their products bought a screensaver with phone a few months ago and now they say the company has went out of business and will not stand behind the product. they need to give better customer service to a customer that has been with them over 20 years

After 15 years of cell service, I go and purchase a new galaxy s 5 phone case and activation $250. screen cracked after 2 days in their lifeproof case. They are refusing to help out and expect me to pay another $175 insurance deductible. Fuck You U.S. CELLULAR. you are losing a long term loyal customer
