Since you closed the other store in Canton IL I seriously debate on switching providers every time I have to pay my bill, and alternativly, $3.50 tax to pay online...ffs.
They need to hire more help . was there for 3 hours until more help came in. The assistant was great. Wasn't her fault...
I can't say I'm thrilled with the service. We were there 3+ hours trying to get the package we needed for my husband and I. My husband left with his phone but mine needs to be ordered. It was just not a easy process. I'm assuming who we had was new. I'm hoping when I go in next week to get my phone and to change things over its not nearly as complicated!
Always @least an hr wait-only 2 desks open -why when there's 4 desks
