DO NOT buy an Apple IPad from US Cellular. I purchased one with overnight delivery. Received it two weeks later. Got locked out a few days after that. US Cellular was unable to unlock it & refused to allow return on it. The Apple Store was unable to unlock or reset it either. I called customer service who agreed to take return & mail return label. After not receiving the return label I called customer service again. This time I was told they don't take returns that way. Only the local store takes returns & the current excuse... read more
