Megan was a huge help. Very knowledgeable and nice to talk to.
Waited almost 45 minutes in line just to pay my phone bill. 2 of the 3 workers where helping a couple people and the 3rd worker just stood around and watched and didn't help anyone. No employee acknowledged me being there, probably didn't know I walked in the door. Was close to dropping us cellular and going to straight talk.
Paid my bill, paid off my daughters tablet, also removed an older tablet that quit working. The one that helped me was very kind and helpful.
