I added a line last month and was supposed to be on a promotion for the main line and the line added. The promotion from last year was then taken off my main line and then was never added for the new line. Now I have to overpay for 2-3 months because of their mistake. I had to call corporate to have my promotion on the main line added back and had to call today to have the promotion finally added for the added line that was done going on two months ago. After 15 years I have moved on, as with any unsuccessful relationship it is really great at first but the longer I was with you the more I hated you. All the perks of being a us cellular customer are long gone. The final straw was trying force me out of a grandfathered plan. If I went with a comparable plan I would have paid over 40 bucks more a month and had 5gb less data. Not really the Princeton stores fault but the company. I now have 5 MORE gb data,unlimited text and talk, and have three phones leased and my bill is act... read more
