The purchase of my cellphones was a smooth transaction and the attendant transferred all my files and such to help me set up my phone. The only thing I have to complain about is not with AT&T really. I purchased the liquid glass screen protector and was told to register it on their website. I did . I was told if it ever chipped or cracked call cellhelmet. I did but got told to call their warranty issuer. I did but got told to call cellhelmet back. I did, got told the call the warranty company again. GRRRRR
The worst costumer service I've ever experience in Duncan. Their employees, even the manager tell you what ever to make a sale. I bought a product that didn't work. Tried to get it exchanged, after 4 days of there lies they did nothing about it. This was a Christmas gift for my 10 yr old. Needless to say I will never step foot back in this store again.
