I went in on 10-27-2018 to add lines for my business. Not only did they have the account as a consumer and not a business the lady that was in the stall next to Brandon made comments about my missing teeth and saying I was a drug user my teeth were knocked out by an AK when I was captured and tortured. I have absolutely no problems with US Cellular itself but the employees at the Manhattan location are the worst I've seen. I upgraded to a phone and bought the screen protector(which they swore was the best in the business) and less than 24 hours my screen cracked. This store informed me that there was nothing other than filing for an insurance claim. I became very frustrated because that would mean I would pay the insurance and trade in my brand new phone for a refurbished phone. So I called another branch and they found a ... read more

The employees at this store are the best! We've used US Cellular for years and every time we upgrade, it's the best experience. They explain the devices in a easy to understand manner.
If it was possible to give them negative stars I would.
We returned a phone unopened and unused within the 15 day window and now the company is charging us $1200 dollars even though their own system shows that we returned the phone. They themselves cannot locate it. Either a store employee is stealing or a receiving employee on the other end has taken the phone. Nobody can give us any answers and nobody knows what to do.
