Worker didn't want to help tranfer phone data and information over when we bought a new one. They said in a low breathe it will take all day to transfer information over. Before it was finished transferring over said he had other customers there. There was no customers. Told us to just keep the phones together. So he could not help anymore. Their are nice people there. This one was not nice. It is there job to see the phone data transfer is done and working. We reached out and no response. Still can't use phone.

How about you put the price tags back out? I shouldn't need to look up the prices of the phones in the store when I'm in the store.

I have been with US cellular for 29 years! Yet, customers who first sign up now get better discounts etc. than I ever have. So much for loyalty. Obviously it truly doesn't pay off.

I've been a customer for at least 20 years and Saturday the 25th had a charging issue and decided to get a new phone. Steven provided exceptional customer service. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant.
