I've been a customer for at least 20 years and Saturday the 25th had a charging issue and decided to get a new phone. Steven provided exceptional customer service. He was VERY patient, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant.
I wish I could leave no star. Straight trash. Do not waste your time. There network service SUCK.
