Staff could not answer most questions about the T-Mobile and US Cellular merger and how my phone will be in T mobile care
Way over priced I pay about 200 for two lines and one lines is the basic package but since T-Mobile took over the coverage has gotten way better.

Worker didn't want to help tranfer phone data and information over when we bought a new one. They said in a low breathe it will take all day to transfer information over. Before it was finished transferring over said he had other customers there. There was no customers. Told us to just keep the phones together. So he could not help anymore.
