Poor customer service. When you call you wi,, get hung up on and not call you back. Long hold on line. They do not out for it the problem with the internet
Their staff members impressed me. They went above and beyond in answering the questions that I had. I recommend visiting the store located in the shopping center off of 29 near Chatham whether you are a current customer or considering switching to a different carrier.
Just wanted to give a thumbs up to Us cellular in Martinville ,Virginia for fantastic customer service. I came in was greeted by a lady named Faith. I told her how much money I was working with and she showed me the newest Samsung Galaxy A16 5G it was reasonabley priced. I got the phone,phone case/ screen protector, and the pop socket and monthly plan for $199 Faith was super helpful in setting up my device / service put my screen saver and pop socket on as well I was very pleased with my experience at US cellular in Marti... read more
