Terrible customer service. Lazy and won’t even greet you when you walk in.
They stole money out of my account unotherized I canceled service payed off both phone and they still charged me 174. And some odd cents
Was told online that I could pay the bill in Christiansburg. They would not take it...They wanted an extra 7% online...NEVER use US Cell...Dropped calls, bad service and shifty customer service
Had a great experience Jay was awesome and so was Tiffany no complaints
Came by on a Saturday, despite them being really busy we were helped within a few minutes of coming in. Hard to find that at any phone store! Jay was so helpful and quick to get us taken care of. Other staff members were also very kind and welcoming. Great experience here every time we call or come by.
