Came in at 6pm (currently still in the store writing this) two people were working and they both had customers but never acknowledged me or said we will be with you shortly. It was like I was invisible. Stood there in front of them for 35 minutes with nothing said to me. Just very poor first impression. Been a US Cellular customer for 16 years and loyalty doesn't matter now that T Mobile bought them out , I was told im considered a new customer and the billing should be helpful over the transition not just bill due on a date and should be given time to coordinate because some people dont have money to spend frivolously
We had a great experience, David was amazing. He helped us for 5 hours today and never had one issue with it. He was really nice and knowledgeable. He made sure what we needed got done and got done correct. We appreciate his patience, and how he made today very painless for us. David deserves a raise! He was great!
Useless customer service. They act like they don't see you when you walk through the door. Waited there over 45 minutes and no one ever spoke to me.
