Was told online that I could pay the bill in Christiansburg. They would not take it...They wanted an extra 7% online...NEVER use US Cell...Dropped calls, bad service and shifty customer service
Had a great experience Jay was awesome and so was Tiffany no complaints
Came by on a Saturday, despite them being really busy we were helped within a few minutes of coming in. Hard to find that at any phone store! Jay was so helpful and quick to get us taken care of. Other staff members were also very kind and welcoming. Great experience here every time we call or come by.
Customer service really stinks at this store, save yourself some time and go to the Roanoke store. I heard customer service was bad here but was nearby. Agent in the back doing nothing finally came out after several minutes passed and the guy up front was rude and didn’t say a word. Used to have great customer service here over a year ago, not anymore.
I had a great experience yesterday! Gabe was very helpful.
