Went in and spoke to Jayron, I was having issues with low signal 5g not allowing data to work. I wanted them to turn 5g off on my phone since 4g would work better in this area. He said my phone doesn't allow 5g to be turned off and my only option was to get preferred data, which I don't understand why that would work any better on 5g. They forced me to get this phone since it was an insurance claim and they didn't have any more of the phone I had. I would stay away from this store as they were not helpful!
I canceled US cellular 3 days into my pay period. Had to pay for whole month of service. When I canceled Verizon it was prorated.. Just saying! Also service had became bad, and when I would call US cellular they always wanted me to get a new phone. So I tried Verizon and I have great service.
Terrible customer service. Lazy and won’t even greet you when you walk in.
They stole money out of my account unotherized I canceled service payed off both phone and they still charged me 174. And some odd cents
