Terrible customer service. T Mobile will tell you something completely different each time you talk to them and none of the answers are available ever correct
This store doesn’t know how to manage a cue. So many employees are waiting for customers on the phone with T-Mobile corporate and orders are just looking to purchase merchandise. They could easily handle those purchases while still attending to the customers waiting on hold with the main number
I had their 5G Internet box for 1 month (August 2026). It worked on and off when we got it and then it went down for a stretched of time. T-Mobile didn't send our a memo as to why because they sold their services with confidence. Then after a month, I just had enough. I called the T-Mobile customer service desk, and the guy ran a test and looked up our area - Blacks and Christiansburg, and he informed me that there are 2 5G towers that are down down and are working on bringing them up. Came in at 6pm (currently still in the store writing this) two people were working and they both had customers but never acknowledged me or said we will be with you shortly. It was like I was invisible. Stood there in front of them for 35 minutes with nothing said to me. Just very poor first impression. Both customers being served were waiting on their data to transfer to their new phones and the employees just sat there or walked to the back. Once again very poor first impression.
