The place is well I don't have words for how bad the customer service was. It has never really been to great but the last few years it has been going down hill fast with lies and lack of service. I have been a customer of US cell for a long time.
Pretty expensive but reliable. You get trapped in a payment plan when you get a new phone and the prices only really seem to stay high and do not go down even when you pay off a phone. But still better than Verizon.
Knowlegeable, but look into everything first.
