Amazing customer service . Was able to upgrade my phone with no issues valentin and gabby were very pleasant and helpful .
I went in there A few days ago and the people were super friendly and helpful!!! The guy that took over the store 5 months ago is amazing he helped me get 4 new iPhones for me and my kids! They had extreme patience and thoroughness. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a great phone for an even better price!!!
I went into the US cellular store at approximately 6:50 PM. The store closes at 7 PM and I knew that. I was in distress and I asked the girl who was working if she could please help me set up my Apple ID on my new iPhone , and told her that I just switched from an android phone to an iPhone. at first, she acted willing to help, but I continued on to explain to her that I was a boost mobile customer and she repeated it back to me and said you were a boost mobile customer. Every time we come to the ellensburg store the door is locked today there is a hand made sign that days back in ten minutes am discouraged with this store
