The worst experience ever.....quoted wrong price per line charge ......been a customer for over 15 years and they could care less if we stay with them......worst customer service handled by all. Calling 611 is a joke!!!!
When I first joined U.S. Cellular I was very excited. Now everything that made them stand out has been eliminated - contracts are back for example. The website rarely works like it is supposed to. I've been hung up on - by the store and 1-800 number - multiple times. They are more focused on getting new customers than keeping the ones they have. We are actively looking for a new phone service.
I'm having trouble with my phone since the last update sent out and I try to call you guys every day and I can never get threw what is going on this is not the us cellular I'm use to
