Samantha was AMAZING!!! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and so nice and accommodating. She was very thorough in going over all of our options and went through the whole transaction with us like we were her own family! Give her a raise!!!
Bad business practices, bad customer service, I wish I never switched to this company. Protect yourself and go to a different carrier completely! Prepaid is better than this. 😭
Terrible
Ever since t mobile took over us cellular my data service has turned into what feels like dial up. Endless buffering on videos, Web pages don't load, texts don't always go through and Calls drop or don't even connect. Terrible service puts it lightly. I'm paying extra for priority traffic and don't feel like I'm a priority.
I upgraded my phone yesterday and was very happy with Jo who helped me and was very patient with my hundred questions regarding all my stuff!! She went above and beyond for me and everything went perfect and I was a satisfied customer..
