The level of incompetence here is unbelievable. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Sent us out the door with a phone that didn't work. Didn't explain how to get our phone rebate that WE have to turn in because they didn't have any phones. So we ordered one and because of that they can't help us? What? Horrible!
Went in to get help with my phone. It had stopped working, thought i had a virus. She got it fixed up fast.
Ive been a customer for almost 6 years and after this experience we will continue being a customer for years to come. After a family member had a not so good experience last week going in to purchase a phone we were considering switching. Yesterday we decided to try again and Tristan was able to turn that experience around completely and made adding a new line and a phone purchase easy and in an extremely friendly manner yesterday. Staff was friendly, store was clean. Stock is so limited it should be investigated by us cellular corporate. iPhones (garbage phones) and Samsung s25 ultra..... Ordered device overnight shipping, then 611 informed me that they couldn't have completed overnight shipping apparently. So no I have a line with service but no device until Monday, most likely Tuesday afternoon ( per 611 rep) so I end up with no phone for a week.....thanks for that
Emily was amazing she applied the credits that weren't applied at the store for me.She took care of the billing issues which dropped me back down to where I should have been right around two thirty.For multiple lines a month, so she took care of everything and was completely compassionate about it.Over the phone I mean, this woman loves her job.Sees it more as a career.And she is an amazing person who wished me a happy holidays as well.Thank you so much, u.S.Cellular, and thank you so much.Emily god bless and happy holidays
