I been with uscellular for 4 yrs and bought 2 I pads and 2 home phones and hot spot and 3 phones paid them off and the phone I have now was a two year contract and paid it off w/ divice protection and my phone died 21/2 yrs later and went in to get it fixed and they said to call the 1-800 4800167 to file a claim and I did they wanted $175.00 after paying protection at $300.00 or I could upgrade to new phone and a 30 months contract I just wanted to fix the phone I had but no fixing and me no contract so I paid $300.
