Got the unlimited home internet, worked amazing for a week, then it stopped working, after several phone calls for several hours with tech suppport, was finally told our internet wasn't working because we'd exceeded our data cap. I said that's not possible because I'd purchased the unlimited internet, was told I should go back and talk to the staff at the store where I made the purchase, staff said I was mistaken because they don't sell unlimited internet. Terrible service. They screw up your bill and won't fix it. They say sorry. Do NOT use them. Go elsewhere. Rip offs.
After 25 years with this company and great customer service until November of 2023, we got screwed. My wife needed to get a new phone because their phone had a charging port that failed. They pulled a "bait and switch" on us and sold us a phone that's charging port also failed 20 days into their 15 day warranty. No loaner.. They said "sorry, we don't provide help any longer".
