Don’t think they could have worse employees… Was told they were closing soon so in other words I needed to hurry up. US cellular lost my business today. What a joke.

I have had US Celluar for years and moved to Oregon a year ago! We rarely go into a store but decided in December 2025 to upgrade our phones. John Pantsari not only went above and beyond in great customer service, he was super patient and knowledgeable on all plans and phones! In a period of 5 weeks, we came in 3 times and worked exclusively with John and bought a new Iphone air EACH TIME! He answers questions and listens to customers. I highly recommend John and this US Cellular Bend location to everyone!
