Well my visit was closer to the end of the day and they really didn't want there's still 15 minutes to go but they didn't seem to want to be bothered with another customer they help me but really weren't very friends and did not seem to listen to my reasons why I was bringing it in well not just because the reasons but it was like I tell him what had happened with other US Cellular people but I'm on the phone but they just didn't seem to take any of that into the whole situation and I ended up going home without it being fix... read more

The Store Manager Crystal has been helping me for years. I came in store today she went above and beyond to help me with my list of concerns. Especially because I'm not tech savvy. I am completely impressed by her skills. The store is short staffed, but she is doing the job of 4 different people! She was helping me, training a new hire, answering the phones, helping a technician working on their new systems, and she was also helping a line of customers that kept coming in. They have garbage service in Redmond with places in town that barley get 1 bar. When I finally switch to Verizon I had an over $200 credit on my account due to just overpaying through the years. When I was canceling service they told me it would take 5-7 business to get the refund back on the payment option I had online. 2 weeks later no refund so I call and talk to someone in India that I can hardly understand.
