The last review was invalid because I couldn't edit the last sentence and it should say the gray straps are new and frequently have this problem.
I could not edit the previous review so the first one was invalid. The gray 2"" x16' buckle straps are constantly being trapped in the buckle and are difficult to remove and start over again, even though they are new. I have some old yellow straps that never have this problem and are more reliable.. I just don't have enough old ones

I could not have had a better experience than my recent purchase from US Cargo Control (USCC). Ed Duran, the Inside Sales Specialist that tool my call, walked me through what I would need for my custom ratchet to go around my above ground swimming pool and followed up with promptly with a quote and instructions on how to complete the sale,. My ratchet arrived within days and is absolutely perfect for what I needed. 10/10 would buy from them again!
Went to order coil tarp. They have a "mitary discount". W/out military discount includes FREE SHIPPING (GROUND) $199 plus $15 tax total $214.99. With mitary discount $180 plus $13.50 tax plus SHIPPING FEE (GROUND) $24.61 total $218.11. Shouldn't the same shipping be free with military discount? How is it a discount if the total is more than without the "discount"?
