Frank is a great educator with outstanding teaching skills. I attended his Roofing License Preparation Class in May 2026 and passed the exam on my first attempt. Everything covered in the class was accurate and directly relevant to the exam. Frank’s class was great. He was very thorough and explained the material in a way that made sense and prepared me for the exam. It wasn’t just talk and slideshows. Serious cracks in the brick had developed over the garage door in our 38 year old home. The supporting lintel was badly rusted due to its improper installation during the original construction. No flashing or weep holes had been installed, and trapped water was doing its damage for years. Frank and his team solved the problem. They carefully removed the original bricks to reuse them, matched the existing mortar and completed the job before the onset of winter.
