I had a very disappointing experience with US Builders. The working conditions were unacceptable—there was no access to water or electricity on-site, which made things incredibly difficult for the team and delayed the project. The work schedule was also chaotic and poorly managed, with constant changes and no clear communication. This added a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. They have not paid any invoices for work completed (under contract). Do not do business with them!
Love working for this company
I am dealing with them now and so far I love them. They are responsive and responsible. they referred me to the right architect. They know how to deal with problems when they come up.
They don't pay their subs. My company was issued a PO, on their letterhead/through their accounting system, and they won't pay for work completed. Work was performed over a year ago and I've tried to get it paid 4 times through various contacts at their company. Fortunately its only $425, but I'm sure I'm not the first contractor they've burned. I won't work for them ever again. A joke.
