Hello everyone, I would like to inquire about the recent issues regarding the incomplete product installations and deliveries, as well as the closure of all offices and the unavailability of customer service representatives to answer phone calls. I met Anne-Marie at the Ormond US Blinds. She is very knowledgeable. We picked out the Norman Blinds for our windows and shades for our doors. We held off on purchasing the shades at first. She measured for our install and brought samples so we could see them in our home. She kept in communication with me along the way. Anne-Marie returns her calls and that makes difference. Excellent service from the salesman and the installers. The sales gave me advice on what would work the verticals were delivered in about a week installed by two of the best quickly and on time. Now I have beautiful blinds for the holidays. Thanks for all the great work.
