I was promised customer service for a defective blind in November. I had to keep calling back and December. They told me they were ordering one for me. It's now February and no one has gotten back to me and they just simply closed without telling me anything. I don't know if this place reopens, but way to honor your customers, you just disappear. You don't return multiple calls.
I have tried calling this company for 2 weeks now and the number is not in service. Tried emailing them as well. Waiting for weeks for a repair. Not sure what's going on. I can send you my paperwork with all of your companies info on it. Will that help(????
Unfortunately, the business has finally confirmed to me that they have closed. I’ve had an incomplete shades order with them for over 10 months. Several installation appointments (at least 8) ended in the wrong parts being ordered and the technician not being able to finish installing our shades, saying that they would amend the order and contact me for the install; to which I’ve had to do all the follow up. US Blinds has gone out of business! Such a shame! Should I post proof too????? Consumers beware before doing business with US Blinds. US Blinds has been a well known small business in our community for decades. 5+ years ago the original owner sold the business so he could retire and lets just say that the new owner isn't running it quite the same.
