Very bad company. Absolutely no customer service. They have deceptive advertising, possible fraud involved with their virus testing service (advertising one thing and then delivering another). Avoid at all costs and find a different service provider.

Return COVID 19 test results in the timeline promised. My daughter has been caused great distress because of misinformation online and by those administering the tests. She should have received her results prior to boarding the plane flight to Hawaii and did not. Our attempts to contact a human failed. Flyers beware if you are flying to hawaii on a Sunday you WILL NOT receive your results in time if you make a Friday appointment so don’t waste your time and money with this company
