Negative stars would be appropriate here. Incompetent people working for this company. My doctor sent a rx for some lifesaving medications. Those should have been delivered on Monday since I spoke with a rep who said they dropped the ball and would mark our order as urgent. The second rep saw the notes, but they were being ignored by the staff. Needless to say they never started the order, scheduled a delivery time, and then called back to schedule another delivery two days later. Two days means life or death. The meds were ... read more
