Bought our winter bells in late August. They were shipped to us in NC. They almost beat us home! One of the links in the chain had not been closed and we tried to close it. Of course it wasn’t perfect like the rest of the bell so I called and spoke with Tim and sent him pictures. He sent me a label to mail it back to them and within 2 weeks it was fixed and back at our home. We love the sound of the bells and the customer service could not of been better. If you have an appreciation for top shelf quality and unique craftsmanship then this is the place. These are lifetime gifts for weddings or new homeowners or any special occasion. My sister just came home from a trip around Nova Scotia and stopped at this shop in Maine. When she showed me what she had bought, I literally just came home and ordered a wind chime.
Such a great little bell shop!!! The staff is very personable and the craftsmanship is outstanding!! We absolutely LOVE our new bell chimes and we will cherish them forever!
