I should have checked Todd's reviews before moving forward with my mortgage. He is absolutely the laziest person, I'm not sure how US Bank has him in this job. I've heard quite a few bad stories about him after we withdrew our application from our realtor about this man. The realtor community here in Louisville despise him, apparently. Did not try to help me get a mortgage and I qualified. I ended up getting approved by two other banks. Todd seemed like a lazy loan officer. US bank is discriminative.
