Very dishonest and screwed us. Told us he was bringing a crew so when he gave us the bid we thought he was paying people. Brought a 12 year old one day. All of the plants he planted have died and he told us they had a 3 month guarantee and he would replace them. We knew when we paid him he would never respond. We asked for the receipt so we had the guarantee. We held back $2000 of the $8000 he charged us and he threatened a law suit. Now I have dead plants and get to replace them. About his landscaping business— Ryan was great in the beginning when he showed up to the house to give us an estimate. Gave us great ideas and walked through everything. We gave him our budget up front and when he was out for the estimate he was confident he’d be able to do everything we wanted within our budget. Ryan asked for personal information to prequalify us for a loan, and then ignored our persistent phone calls and texts. It is 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard back about any results. The last text I got from him was a week ago saying he was in a meeting and that he would call me right after. He never bothered to call and ignored my texts again. Aren't these guys compensated on commissions??
