Ray was misleading, non communicative, dissapeared for a week, and I'm curious how long he has been in this business. Did not even have our information ready for the underwriter to review by date of closing of our contract, with no explanation. Had the nerve to ask for more info after not hearing from him for a week, all info he could have asked for at the beginning of the process, to which his reply to me was "I forgot, I'm sorry".
