First, i usually don't write bad reviews - check my profile and see Second, I think these mistakes made at this Branch were intentional. Too many errors to suggest a simple mistake. The branch manager was not helpful, delayed our ability to deposit a cashier's check, and also delayed our ability to simply send a wire, and delayed a real estate closing.
