My husband deposited a check on Saturday that was written by another US bank member the banker told my husband the check would be available within a couple hours. Sunday night we realized that the check was not deposited. So today I called to find out why the check was not credited to the account and I was then told we have to wait until Tuesday. Lots of 1 star reviews for this branch and the manager "Cliff" who is not customer friendly. He is a by the book manager and not very flexible, when I know he has discretion in waiving fees according to other US bank employees. Elderly people who have some cognitive challenges are not given any grace when it comes to extending the terms on their CD rates.
